It's really quite simple, we come to your home on a regular basis and pick up what your dog leaves behind - dog poop. We will use a kennel grade disinfectant on all our tools and even the soles of our shoes before entering your yard and again as we leave to prevent cross contamination of disease from yard to yard.

Important: At this time, twice per week service is restricted to Burnaby, Vancouver, and Surrey only.

These are the base rates and may be adjusted according to size of property, access, terrain and other factors.
Payment for all services is made in advance of services.

For one-time services:

A full refund will only be issued if service is cancelled before work commences.

For regularly scheduled services:

If you are missed due to circumstances beyond our control such as illness, downed vehicle, lazy employee, etc, your bill will be pro-rated
accordingly.

If you are missed due to acts of God such as but not limited to heavy rain, snow, -20° temperature, earthquake, etc, your bill will not be pro-rated and you will be responsible for the full amount of your monthly bill.

You are not compensated because the next time we service your yard, there will be twice as much poop to pick up.
